THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract includes the provisions regarding the online sales of map products produced by Mapaktif Cartography and Geographical Information Systems Inc.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE MAP TO BE DELIVERED
Mapaktif confirms that the map to be submitted will meet the specifications on the page in terms of size, coating, printing features. Although it states that it will give the same image of the map sample published on the relevant date on mapaktif.com, it reserves the right to change the content, line thickness, color. For content accuracy, sample map images published on mapaktif.com can be taken as reference. The buyer accepts that this is a picture and there will be a margin of error, since the map content file is a scaled down version of the reality at large scales and passes through one or more visualization tools.
RIGHTS OF USE OF DATA AND PENALTY CONDITIONS
Mapaktif declares and acknowledges that all kinds of responsibilities regarding the intellectual and industrial rights of the contents of the data within the scope of this contract are under its responsibility. It accepts that this map or image is the sole addressee of all kinds of demands and cases regarding intellectual and intellectual rights that may arise from 3rd real and legal persons.
The usage and sale rights of Mapaktif will continue, as only the usage rights of the map or image sold will be transferred to the invoiced company. Mapaktif has given an unlimited and indefinite license to use the map in-house with this sale. The purchaser undertakes that he will not use or sell the map or image purchased from Mapaktif to a third person or legal entity. In case of violation of this condition, it accepts and declares that it will pay Mapaktif 50 times the price of the map purchased.
DELIVERY METHOD
Provided that the desired number of copies of the said maps remain in Mapaktif, they will be delivered by Mapaktif by e-mail or by hand, together with the sales invoice. Shipping is free of charge. Delivery time max for 9 days in Istanbul, Turkey, this time to the max. Let's say it's been 11 days.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Authorized court
This Agreement and all disputes arising from the case law of the Republic of Turkey can not be settled through negotiations by the parties to be applied and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized courts and executive offices.
This is a unilateral agreement and the shop company has accepted the above conditions of Mapaktif.
